SOFTWARE: No refund or replacement is offered on Argus Science Software.

Shipping Policy

Software is available for immediate download upon online credit card payment.

The estimated shipping date on order is based on product availability, payment processing time, and warehouse processing time and does not include transit time. In-stock items are eligible for immediate shipment.

We ship via UPS and FedEx and will include a quote for domestic or international economy costs upon request from customer. If you require faster delivery times, please specify on your purchase order.

Customer preferred carrier. Submit your preferred carrier information and account number.

International customers are responsible for any additional charges from customs, VAT, etc.

Signature is required for most deliveries. Most of Argus Science shipments contain valuable computer equipment. If you will not be at the shipping address to accept delivery of your product, please consider shipping the items to an address where someone you trust will be available to sign for the package or accept your package if a signature is not required for the delivery. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.
